With our sampling studio in Sofia, Bulgaria, and close partnerships with several workshops, we ensure meticulous attention to detail and quality throughout.

Our design team is fully involved in the development of each patterns and will oversee the project from initial pattern creation to final stage of approval. The pattern making softwares we work with are ; Optitex, Lectra, Gerber, Grafis, Assyst.

Creative sourcing is our forte. As professionals working in the industry for over 20 years, we have developed and nurtured a network of the most sought-after fabric and yarn suppliers across the globe. Our core network is based all over Europe, where traditionally the best fabrics in the world are made, but we also maintain close relationships with companies across the Americas and the Far East.

Our primary objective is to build a sustainable and resilient supply chain that functions seamlessly in today's disrupted environment. We are guided by principles of transparency, efficiency, and flexibility.

In developing knitwear products, we've established a network of manufacturers equipped with the most technologically advanced machinery across Europe. Within our network, we have smaller factories capable of handling lower Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), starting from 50 pieces per style, as well as larger facilities capable of fulfilling orders ranging from 5 to 10,000 pieces per style. Additionally, we operate a dedicated hand machine knitting unit where we often develop shapes and design details. Our factories boast a diverse range of machinery with various gauges and techniques, including fully knitted seamless garments. Our capabilities include access to Stoll machines (2 ADF machines with the potential for intarsia up to 24 colors, and gauges of 10, 7, 5, and 3), as well as Shima Seiki machines (with gauges of 14, 12, 7, and 5, and seamless machines with a gauge of 10). Furthermore, we have cotton machines in 21 gauge with 40 heads, 24 gauge with 8 heads, and 12 gauge with 8 heads. Our facilities also include brushing machines and washing facilities. Additionally, we have access to a team of 200 professional hand knitters who work for the biggest fashion enterprises.

From placing orders and providing bill of materials to ensuring quality control and packaging, we oversee the entire process, offering more than just consulting services and general advice.

Within our network, we collaborate with vetted factories that have been part of our services for the past 10 years. We personally audit our manufacturers and visit them every 1 to 3 months, with some of our teams based in close proximity to the factories. Our network enables us to handle production volumes ranging from very low MOQs of 20-50 per style to large quantities exceeding 10,000 pieces per style.

Our manufacturing service focuses on mid to premium market womenswear, menswear, and knitwear. Additionally, we've undertaken projects with kids-wear and streetwear brands, leveraging our relationships with exceptionally qualified factories in those categories too.
